Welcome to the OpenVMS Hobbyist Home Page. From this site, you may register for no-charge licenses for the OpenVMS Operating System and a variety of OpenVMS Layered Products.

Update! The OpenVMS VAX Hobbyist Kits have now been remastered with OpenVMS V7.3 and updated products and is currently shipping. Also, the OpenVMS Alpha Hobbyist Kits have been remastered and scheduled to be available for first ship on May 28th, 2003. We are currently taking orders for the updated OpenVMS Alpha Hobbyist Kit.

Licenses are available to members of DECUS, Encompass, or other affiliated Digital, Compaq, and HP User Group. Both Encompass Associate and Members are eligible. There should be a participating Chapter near you.

If your User Group would like to partner with us, and you would like to provide OpenVMS Hobbyist Licenses to your members as a free benefit, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you out.
