Some older infrastructure found in Albufiera, Portugal

This old guy sat still for his picture. He must be as old as the town! Nonetheless, he was far too dignified to look straight at me. He didn't budge an inch. Before you say "That's not infrastructure!" just remember who has been eating the local mice for the last 15 years..
A small electric meter in an enclosure, recessed into a wall. Most of the houses here are conjioned and the surface is broken only by doors, windows, and utility portals.
Four larger electric meters are behind a glass panel. It seems that the access to the devices is by means of a key to open the panel.
Portugese payphone. It takes maybe smart cards.
Portugal Telcom booth.
A typical old water meter. No idea what the blue pipe is.
